Terms & conditions for MG Windsor EV

Ex-showroom price India for base variant under BaaS unique ownership program. Actual performance figures may differ in conditions other than test conditions. 1. BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service):

BaaS is a unique retail financial product. Battery rental per km is applicable basis different offers given by respective finance partners. Vehicle shall be under the hypothecation of respective financier. All applicable taxes, surcharges and other fees, if any, on any voucher, purchase, registration, etc. shall be borne by the customer. Battery rental shall be exclusive of the charges borne by customer in charging the vehicle. Finance is at the sole discretion of financier as per Credit policy and norms of respective Financer. For more details, connect with respective financer/website. In the event that battery gets damaged due to any external factor due to customer’s fault, the customer shall be liable to bear the cost of the battery. Applicable only for private registration vehicles. Terms and conditions may change as per applicable laws and policies.

2. 3-60 BUYBACK PLAN:

The Buyback plan price varies basis age & running of the vehicle. For any doubts or clarifications, please reach out to your nearest MG dealership to understand the applicable terms and conditions.

3. MG SHIELD:

MG Windsor EV e-Shield plan can be purchased within 15,000 kms or 12 months (Protect Plan, & 3-60 Buyback plan) & within 80,000 or 36 months (extended warranty, extended RSA) from the date of purchase (whichever is earlier). Buyback price varies basis age & running of the vehicle. Customize warranty, maintenance, road side assistance, buyback plan or just avail accessories with this amount (already included in the ex-showroom cost of the car). For Private registration only, basis age & running of the vehicle. For any doubts or clarifications, please reach out to your nearest MG dealership to understand the applicable terms and conditions. 3 Years Unlimited km Warranty on Vehicle (other than HV Battery) applicable for Private registration only. The warranty coverage for 12V battery, tyres is valid for 1 Year, while for infotainment system is valid for 3 Years. Refer Owner’s Manual for more information. 3 Labour Free Services is for first 3 scheduled services.

4. LIFETIME WARRANTY:

For first registered owner. Applicable for private registration only. In case of ownership change, warranty on HV battery will be 8 years or 1,60,000 km, whichever is earlier from the first ever date of delivery of the vehicle. Refer Owner's manual for more details. The warranty coverage for 12V battery, tyres is valid for 1 Year, while for infotainment system is valid for 3 Years.

5. i-SMART:

Some features are dependent on availability of network and internet speed. i-SMART services are complementary for 1 year with the purchase of a new MG that hosts the i-SMART technology. The services are activated on the date of delivery and the validity period of services will commence from such date. 2GB Data/Month free for 1 year from the date of delivery. After the consumption of 2GB within a month, customer needs to recharge to continue data related services.

6. FREE PUBLIC CHARGING:

1. Introduction

1.1 This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the 100% Free charging offer for MG Windsor EV customers using the eHUB app for public charging.

1.2 The offer is provided by JSW MG Motor India (MG) in partnership with participating select Charging Point Operators (CPOs).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The offer is available for MG Windsor Electric Vehicle customers retailed prior to 31^st December 2024 and have registered with the eHUB app. 2.2 The offer will only apply to public charging sessions initiated through the eHUB app and selected CPO native applications.

3. Customer Offer

3.1 MG will provide 100% off on the charging tariff offered by the CPOs. 3.2 The specific rate and any applicable conditions will be communicated to eligible customers through the eHUB app and other relevant channels. 3.3 This offer will be valid for individual customer for 1 year from the date of Invoicing for the use. 3.4 This offer will only be valid using the mobile number registered with JSW MG Motor India.

4. Usage Limits

4.1 There may be limitations or restrictions on the amount of energy that can be charged under the customer offer. 4.2 Any usage limits will be clearly communicated to eligible customers at the time of purchase of the vehicle.

5. Offer Termination

5.1 MG reserves the right to terminate or modify the customer offer at any time, without prior notice. 5.2 Any termination or modification will be communicated to eligible customers.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Any disputes arising from this offer shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of India. 6.2 The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 MG may update these terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notice. 8.2 By participating in the offer, eligible customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General Terms:

By purchasing the vehicle, customer agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the below mentioned General Terms and Conditions.

JSW MG Motor India reserves the right to cancel / suspend the offer for any customer that are deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
JSW MG Motor India is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent users from using the customer offer.
By accepting and using the offer, the customer agrees to allow JSW MG Motor India to use their name and charging data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with JSW MG Motor India and eHUB by MG’s privacy policy.

General Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for limited period (1year from date of Invoice of customer vehicle) and MG has the right to withdraw or revise the offer at any time, with or without prior notice. This Offer is controlled and administered by JSW MG Motor India Private Limited (“MG”).
Participants are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Offer and are deemed to agree to use the Offer in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions, and also agree to provide their contact details (“personal information”) as require under this Offer. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety or to provide the personal information, then you are not authorized to register or to participate in the Offer in any other manner. You may not participate in the Offer where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
Personal information referred above shall include personal information of the participants about themselves and their friends/ family/ contacts, such as name, age, address, e-mail, etc. so that MG or the dealership or MG Motor can send communications to them. For this purpose, the personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with MGI’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on MG’s website. The Participant understands that, in addition to the initial communications, MG/ dealership may also use the personal information to send him/ her additional follow-up communications or for keeping them generally aware of promotions/ rewards.
MG reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the offer.
This Offer is only directed to natural persons over the age of 18 as on the date of the Offer.
This offer is only valid for retail users and not for commercial or fleet users
This offer is applicable for a limited period. valid from 1st Oct 2024 to 31st Dec 2025
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
