Profile in brief:

Dr. Poti’s current role is to facilitate and promote scientific research and development and innovations in India. In order to progress research and development and innovations at scale she has architected Manthan – India’s Platform for Industries and Foundations to connect with academia and startups. Dr. Poti is a PhD from IIT Madras with a dissertation in Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and has around 30 years of experience. Further, she is a Chevening (Gurukul; The Future Leaders of India) Awardee, 2015. She was interviewed by Forbes under Women Leaders category. Represented India at the Dubai International Festival on India’s women led innovations. She has won the Swedish Government's Leadership for Transformative Change Fellowship 2023. Her previous stints in the Government were with the National Skill Development Corporation (under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship) and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs). Dr. Poti is a member of Niti Aayog’s Expert Group on ‘Skill Development for Mountain States’, Member of GIZ MSME committee, USAID (SAMRIDH programme), a Board Member of International Federation of Inventors Associations (IFIA), Assocham etc. She has also authored national and international journal papers.
