Sameer post-graduated in 1995 from USA – Stonybrook University at New York (SUNY) & joined Daewoo Motors India as Asst. R&D Manager in 1996. He joined General Motors India, Product Engineering in 2001 and worked at four different locations including an international assignment in GM Daewoo at South Korea in Program Engineering Management and later as Director Engineering in GM India for several years and later at Hero Moto Corp as Program Management Head to establish the new R&D centre at Jaipur till 2017. In 2017, he started establishing the Product Engineering department at MG Motor India.
